同理，我们在英文稿里表述“阴阳合同”这个概念，就可以直接借用“dual contracts”这个现成的概念，如果像国内某些媒体那样，把“dual”改成别的什么词，比如“twin”“duplicate”，再加上个引号，真有点舍近求远，英文读者理解起来也费劲！
